This multifaceted renovation and expansion brought fresh energy and variety to the Yaamava Resort & Casino's food and beverage program, enhancing both guest and team experiences across the property.
For staff, the Team Dining Room was redesigned into a buffet-style venue with two serving lines, action stations, and display cooking. It also features a center cold line, a double-sided beverage and breakfast station, and a new main dish room to improve flow and service efficiency.
For guests, an array of refreshed venues includes: the Pedestrian Walkway with a sleek new coffee and pastry outlet linking the hotel and gaming floor, showcasing house-made pastries in white marble display cases, two new bars in the Bingo Hall, a renovated Food Court BBQ with dual smokers for takeout and dine-in service, and an Asian High Limit area offering a buffet and table service.
It also includes the Elvis Project, which introduced a renovated kitchen and two beer-focused bars with 24 rotating flavors, while the Priscilla Project added a colorful Margarita Bar with ten daily flavors and a Mexican restaurant featuring fresh tortillas cooked on display.
Completing the transformation, the Speakeasy Bar & Kitchen Addition and Tukut Lounge Renovation provide stylish new settings for dining, drinks, and entertainment.
