We were hired to complete a Food and Nutrition Master Plan Study, a comprehensive blueprint designed to facilitate the transition of existing operations amid a significant 10-year facility expansion. With an emphasis on enhancing service delivery and optimizing resources, this plan aimed to ensure the continuity and quality of food services for both patients and retail operations during the phases.
