JME delivered a complete redesign and renovation of the existing 3,400 SF kitchen, upgrading equipment, optimizing utility systems, and streamlining workflow to better support the property’s three-meal restaurant.
The project also introduced a new pizza concept on the concourse, seamlessly connected to the lobby lounge bar to expand dining options and boost revenue. Guests can now enjoy a 40-seat pizza dining area anchored by a dramatic live-fire rotating pizza oven—offering both a delicious meal and a captivating, interactive dining experience.
