This thoughtfully executed renovation transformed the hotel’s lobby and three signature dining venues, all while maintaining uninterrupted guest service.

At the heart of the updated lobby, a new oval bar now serves as a striking centerpiece, featuring four bartender stations and creating a vibrant, social atmosphere.

Each restaurant was reimagined with a fresh identity and optimized seating:

• The former Three Meal Restaurant became a high-energy Sports Bar, expanded to seat 240+ guests, featuring a 60’ video wall and an indoor-outdoor bar.

• The former Sports Bar was reinvented as a colorful Mexican restaurant with 180 seats, offering a lively dining atmosphere and a kitchen designed for cooked-to-order service.

• The Steakhouse transitioned into a welcoming Italian restaurant with 140 seats, showcasing an open kitchen and a newly added pizza oven.

Uniquely, the entire renovation was so carefully phased that only one restaurant was closed at a time—minimizing disruption and keeping hospitality flowing throughout construction.
