JME reimagined three key dining venues at Lafayette College, elevating design and improving operations across the campus. The phased approach prioritized flexibility, visibility, and a welcoming experience for both students and faculty.

Highlights include a major expansion at Marquis Hall, which has grown the servery from 45 to 115 linear feet to introduce action stations, pizza, and grill offerings, along with a separate serving line dedicated to faculty. Upper Farinon received a comprehensive equipment upgrade at the grill and taco stations to enhance performance, speed of service, and front-of-house visibility. Kirby Hall Coffee House was refreshed with updated counters and new lounge seating to foster casual gathering and study. Together, these targeted interventions deliver a cohesive, efficient, and vibrant dining program across multiple venues.
