Why this space works:

JME conducted a comprehensive as-built survey across approximately 29,000 square feet of food and beverage space to assess existing conditions and operational limitations. This foundational step enabled a clear understanding of infrastructure needs across multiple kitchen and service areas.

Following the survey, JME developed a targeted renovation strategy to address key deficiencies—including equipment updates, utility upgrades, and improvements to flooring, walls, and ceilings. The plan emphasized code compliance, safety, and functionality while remaining cost-effective and aligned with the owner’s budget, ensuring long-term operational success without overextending capital investment.
