Phase 1 – Opening (2003): Launched with three fine dining venues, multiple casino service bars, quick-service outlets, a 600-seat employee dining room, cook-chill production, expansive dry/cold storage, and a complete beverage system.

Phase 2 – North Expansion (2006): Added high-profile chef-driven outlets, a new food court, three bars, Mur Mur Nightclub, and significant back-of-house expansions.
