JME partnered with Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa over three major phases of development, delivering comprehensive foodservice design and operational planning for one of Atlantic City’s premier destinations.

  • Phase 1 – Opening (2003): Launched with three fine dining venues, multiple casino service bars, quick-service outlets, a 600-seat employee dining room, cook-chill production, expansive dry/cold storage, and a complete beverage system.

  • Phase 2 – North Expansion (2006): Added high-profile chef-driven outlets, a new food court, three bars, Mur Mur Nightclub, and significant back-of-house expansions.

  • Phase 3 – The Water Club Hotel Tower (2008): Introduced five new bars and a dedicated room service kitchen to support the luxury tower’s elevated guest experience.
